Terms and Conditions

1. The Crick Auto Group (CAG) Price Promise offer is made, subject to these terms and conditions, by Maroochydore, Nambour, Noosa, Tweed Heads (excluding Mercedes Benz) dealerships which sells a new motor vehicle to a person ("Customer").

2. If, within thirty (30) days and within the same calendar month of the purchase (signing of a contract) by the Customer of a new vehicle from CAG (dealerships above), and the Customer provides the CAG a copy of an advertisement broadcast on commercial radio, telecast on commercial television or published in a daily newspaper (other than in the classified section) by a local competitor (Caloundra to Noosa for Sunshine Coast Dealerships and Broadbeach to Byron Bay for Tweed Dealership) of CAG within thirty 30 days and within the same calendar month of/after the purchase, by which the Competitor offered the unconditional sale and immediate delivery to the public of a product identical to the new vehicle, during the Term, for an unconditional advertised cash price, which is less than the price paid by the Customer to CAG for the Relevant Product after all allowances(including overallowance on trade ins), rebates and discounts, then CAG will pay to the Customer an amount equivalent to 110% of the Difference between the Competitor Price and the Crick Auto Group Price.

3. The Customer cannot accept the Crick Auto Group Price Promise offer: (a) more than once in relation to a Relevant Purchase; or (b) The Competitor Price is based on a demonstrator model or a last year build or compliance plate model (c) if the Competitor Price is conditional, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, Fleet or Govt discount or any limited quantity promotion, or ABN holders if applicable; or (d) The colour of vehicle the customer purchases is not available for immediate delivery from the Competitor (e) if the Customer cannot prove to the reasonable satisfaction of CAG that the Competitor could, on the date of the Relevant Purchase, supply the Competitor Product out of stock on hand of the Competitor at the retail premises of the Competitor.

Terms & Conditions

• Must be on a fixed term car loan, with only the vehicle as security
• Must be on a comparable product. ie; structure, term, type
• No additional guarantors involved in transaction, ie; third party guarantor
• Only vehicle can being offered for security
• Offer must be presented to dealership prior to delivery
• Must present advertised terms and condition from competitor in writing, valid within the same month of delivery
• Must have approval stating the information, quote only is not sufficient

We promise to beat any written competitors quote on vehicle servicing for any of the new car brands we sell and service using genuine parts.
